GSM Mobile starter of spark solution is a device which can be used to turn water Pump ON & OFF using any mobile phone. There is no limitation on mobile phone as it works on DTMF tone detection. This device can support up to pure 4G level sim card, so Jio SIM card can not be used as it is LTE.
Now Insert SIM card as per image below.
After inserting SIM card into slot, It is time to give power supply to mobile starter of spark solution with adapter of 5V or 12V whichever has been comes along with system. Take supply from any one phase and neutral/ground or earthing to give power to system at farm. (Image as per below)
LED under SIM card will be blinking very fast while searching for network and it will be slow when network is obtained. Then try to call in SIM card and if everything is fine then ring will be continue in SIM card inserted in system of spark solution. After completion up to here it’s time to set person’s mobile number who wants to turn on and off motor starter. for that kindly contact to spark solution for further registration of mobile number.
After adding mobile number in spark solution mobile starter, it will pick up call from register number. Ring will be continue to be rung until valid number registration.
Now call inside SIM card and press 1 or 2 according to voice based instruction of mobile starter to test the working of GSM starter of spark solution. when we press 1, green LED for ON will turn on for 3 seconds and then it will be off. this will be same for off process when pressing 2 and red LED for stop will be blink for 3 seconds.
when everything is fine up to here, it’s time to do wiring as per below image for DOL starter and test it.
